Quality Control, Laboratory Testing Export Compliance
Independently Verified Quality. Transparent Documentation. International Standards.
At Aldera, product quality and food safety are supported by regular laboratory testing and documented quality control procedures. Our products are periodically analysed by SGS, one of the world's leading internationally recognised inspection, testing and certification organisations.
Our laboratory testing programme covers a comprehensive range of food safety parameters, including:
Microbiological Analysis: Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium perfringens and Coagulase-Positive Staphylococci (Staphylococcus aureus).
Heavy Metal Analysis: Testing for relevant heavy metal contaminants.
Pesticide Residue Analysis: Screening for up to 600 different pesticide compounds.
The SGS laboratory reports available below provide direct documentation of our testing activities and actual analysis results. In the tested samples, pesticide residues were not detected, and the reported parameters were within the applicable limits of the relevant European Union requirements.
We believe that quality should be demonstrated through verifiable results, not simply stated as a promise. For this reason, we make our laboratory analysis reports available on this website, allowing customers and business partners to review the relevant test results directly.
Fumigation & Phytosanitary Documentation
In addition to laboratory testing, we coordinate the necessary export-related treatments and certification procedures according to product specifications, destination-country regulations and customer requirements.
Depending on the product and shipment requirements:
Fumigation: Fumigation is arranged where required or requested by the customer. The corresponding fumigation certificate is prepared and provided in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Phytosanitary Certificate: The relevant phytosanitary certificate is obtained through the authorised competent authorities and supplied to the customer as part of the export documentation.
All relevant export documents, including applicable fumigation and phytosanitary certificates, are shared with our customers by email and, where required, sent by post together with the other original shipping documents.
Documented Quality You Can Verify
Our approach to quality is based on regular independent laboratory testing, compliance with applicable European food safety requirements and transparent documentation.
The SGS laboratory analysis reports are published directly below this section for customer reference and verification. Our export documentation procedures further support traceability and compliance throughout the shipment process.
At Aldera, we believe that international trade requires more than product supply. It requires documented quality, regulatory awareness and accountability at every stage.
Our quality commitments are supported by accessible laboratory reports and verifiable export documentation.
